TEKNA Consulting was founded in 1998 to provide specialized services as a consequence of an ever growing demand by multinational industrial companies; particularly in the sectors of Oil & Gas and Energy.

Over the years the services provided by the company have evolved to be tailored to the specific needs and requirements of its clients, empowering them to more effectively deal with competition in their specific fields of operation. Furthermore, they reorganized to better focus on those activities linked to their "core business", appointing specialist companies to manage certain parts of their business processes, including support services, through "out-sourcing" contracts.

Initially TEKNA Consulting targeted companies in the important industrial area of Priolo-Augusta-Melilli (SR); one of the principal chemical, petrochemical and energy areas in Europe. Today however, the company has successfully expanded its scope of business, to include new productive sectors in the entire national territory, having established a number of significant partnerships abroad.
